Document Description
The proposed project allows for removal of a permit condition that required material piles to be monitored and handled so as to prevent pile temperatures from reaching 122 degrees Fahrenheit, removal of a permit condition that described a maximum daily tonnage limit increase from 500 tons per day to 1,000 tons per that was approved by the LEA in 2012, and updates to the Transfer Processing Report. The proposed changes will allow the operator more flexibility in handling green material within the confines of the state minimum standards for solid waste removal.
