Document Description
Use Permit, Initial Study, to allow 4.3 miles of public trails for pedestrian, equestrian, and cyclist use. The proposed trails will be 3 feet in width consisting of existing earthen material, and be constructed utilizing non-mechanical methods. The project also includes five, 3 foot high interpretive panels, 3 benches, 9'x8' interpretive kiosk structure, and an existing aggregate surface parking lot. The trails will be utilized January through October.
