- The 1.5 acre 14-Mile Tunnel, Spillway 46 and Spillway 47C Project consists of stabilizing the banks along Randolph Creek, a receiving drainage from operational and emergency Spillway 46 releases from the Project 184 Canal System. In addition, the project includes upgrading Spillway 46, decommissioning Spillway 47C and improving 14-Mile Tunnel's head works. The purpose of the project is to increase flow in the El Dorado Canal System.
