The City of Lincoln Gravity Sewers and Reclamation Project, located in the City of Lincoln, Placer County, CA entails: (1) the conversion of a portion of the old Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) sewer force main to a gravity sewer line; (2) the extension of the Nicolaus Road pump station force main; (3) the elimination of the old WWTP, Third Street, and Moore Road pump stations; (4) the Reclamation Project (see section 1), and (5) start-up and operation.
