Document Description
Proposing a sewer infrastructure project within the unicorporated area of Stanislaus County's Parklawn Neighborhood which consists of approximately 85 acres including approximately 308 residential parcels. The site is located outside any FEMA identified floodplains. The area is zoned R-1, C-2, C-1 and M. The project will include the installation of a sewer system with approximately 13,755 linear feet of sewer main, a pump station, and street overlays. The new sewer infrastructure will connect into the City of Modesto's existing public sewer system.
