- Document Description
- The proposal is a sewer infrastructure project within the unincorporated area of Stanislaus County's Parklawn Neighborhood which consists of ~ 85 acres located within the City of Modesto Sphere of Influence. Approximately three-hundred eight (308) residential parcels rely on septic tanks for treatment of sewage. The proposed project is in response to health and safety concerns associated with failing septic systems. The project will include the installation of a sewer system including ~13,755 linear feet of sewer main, a pump station, and street overlays which will connect in the City of Modesto's existing public sewer system.
