- Caltrans proposes to reconstruct a failed retaining wall on SR 116 in Sonoma County. The project is located just east of Guerneville near Odd Fellows Parkway. The existing retaining wall at this location has failed due to storm damage and there is currently temporary slope stabilization in place. The project proposes to remove the existing failed retaining wall, remove the temporary slope stabilization and install a new retaining wall. Additional work would include improving drainage in immediate area.
