Document Description
DTSC is considering approval of a remedial action recommended in the Final Feasibility Study for the Site 17 Administration Area at NASA Crows Landing Flight Facility, CA. The proposed actions will be conducted in compliance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liabilities Act (CERCLA), the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) and Chapter 6.8, division 20 of the CA Health and Safety Code. The actions to be taken at the Crows Landing Flight Facility Site 17 Administration Area Groundwater Plume are intended to remediate contaminated groundwater that poses unacceptable risks to human health and the environment. The proposed actions are intended to the final remedy for this area.
