Document Description
Modification of the Freeport Boulevard roadway cross-section from the existing four lanes to two travel lanes with Alternative 1 or two travel lanes with a two-way left turn lane in Alternative 2. Bike lanes and parking variations are proposed with both alternatives. Additionally, a focused study for the Freeport Boulevard and 21st Street intersection with up to three intersection options will be evaluated.
