Document Description
The Mill Site Specific Plan would guide all new development in the Plan Area (approximately 320-acres just west of downtown Fort Bragg) through detailed policies, design guidelines and development standards. New development projects would be required to follow the policies, programs and guidelines set forth in the specific plan. The implementation of the Mill Site Specific Plan could include the following program and project components.
- Program Level Components: Adoption of a Mill Site Specific Plan and a Local Coastal Plan (LCP) Amendment. Approval of a master tentative map and a Development Agreement.
- Project-level components: Implementation of Mill Site Remedial Action Plans, portions of the Mill Site Utility Plan, the Mill Pond Complex restoration project, and various water rights change petitions.
