Document Description
Request to construct and operate a permanent asphalt concrete batch plant to be located within an approximate 12.7 acre portion of a 16.85 acre parcel. The plant is proposed to be operational between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday and possible weekends from 8 am to 6 pm, typically from May 1st through November 1st. Night time operations would be limited to specific public works projects and emergency situations. It is anticipated that a yearly average of up to 50,000 tons of material would be produced. Production would be up to a maximum of 150,000 tons during a three-year period. The project site is located at 23026 Edgewood Road southeast of the Weed Airport, Edgewood, CA.
