Use permit for a 345-acre quarry with a 75 acre processing area for aggregate processing, Portland cement plant, asphalt plant, truck and rail facilities. At full production, quarry would produce up to 2 million tons/year of aggregate. Time period is 100 years, after which a reclamation plan would be implemented.
