The project is the installation of a water main extension from Oildale Mutual Water Company to Seventh Standard Mutual Water Company. The connection will allow for the consolidation of Seventh Standard MWC into Oildale MWC. The project falls within the right-of-way of Seventh Standard Rd. The project is seeking funding from the CA Dept. of Public Health Proposition84 Section 75022 funding program.
