Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1600-2012-0013-R5) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Orange County Water District. The project will result in new net permanent impacts to a maximum of 0.34 acre of unvegetated streambed. The project will create of a minimum 0.34 acre of freshwater marsh and southern willow scrub.
