Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1600-2012-0013-R5) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Orange County Water District, The project will impact over 1000 acres of streambed, including 4.36 acres of new permanent impact to riparian habitat through routine maintenance of 26 groundwater recharge facilities. The project also includes compensatory mitigation in the form of 19.35 acres of riparian creation, restoration and/or enhancement, and a total of 97.18 acres of native vegetation maintained as described in the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
