Document Description
- Construction of a 2,450 s.f. single family dwelling with a shade structure and a 480 s.f. detached garage;
- a 700 s.f. second dwelling unit with uncovered deck and 400 s.f. attached garage;
- a swimming pool and spa;
- a tennis court without night lighting; and,
- additional accessory structures such as a septic system and drainage devices.
The site was subject to illegal grading activities and the removal of sensitive habitat (Zoning Violation Case No. ZV03-0026). The applicant is proposing to abate this violation through re-vegetation/restoration efforts. More specifically, the applicant is proposing measures to protect existing sensitive habitat through a restrictive covenant and additional restoration activities.
