The site was subject to illegal grading activities and the removal of sensitive habitat (Zoning Violation Case No. ZV03-0026). The applicant is proposing to abate this violation through re-vegetation/restoration efforts. More specifically, the applicant is proposing measures to protect existing sensitive habitat through a restrictive covenant and additional restoration activities.
