Document Description
RCWD intends to construct, operate and maintain a 3.0 million gallon potable water storage tank immediately adjacent to its Anza Reservoir No. 1 on property owned by RCWD. The reservoir would be either an above-ground welded steel or reinforced concrete tank with a diameter of 130 feet. Approximately 17,000 cubic yards of soil material excavated for the tank site will be transported approximately two mile to TCWD owned property at its Well 141 site (APN: 966-080-001). The soils would be placed and compacted at this site.
