Document Description
Five year update of the City's Housing Element as mandated by the Government Code. The purpose of the Housing Element is to provide public officials, residents, and the general public with an understanding of the City's housing needs and the proposed goals, policies, and programs to be implemented to help meet those needs. The Housing Element Update includes a housing needs assessment, a housing site inventory and analysis, an analysis of constraints on housing development, and a list of housing programs including quantified objectives for meeting existing and projected housing needs.
