Document Description
The project proposes a 177-space paved parking lot to be located at 1155 West Foothill Boulevard in the City of Glendora, across the street from Citrus College. The site is 1.66 acres. The project will also include demolition of existing structures and associated surface parking that exists on the property. Entry and exit from the new parking lot will be provided from West Foothill Boulevard. A second access may be added in the future when Citrus Avenue is extended north from the intersection with West Foothill Boulevard.
