Document Description
The Project involves construction and operation of a 250-megawatt solar energy generation facility. Major components of the project include plant site includes solar arrays, collection systems, inverters, Project switchyard, power poles, operation and maintenance building, water storage tanks and water treatment equipment, perimeter security fence, and permanent desert tortoise exlusion fence. Construction and development of the Project site will result in 2,301.3 acres of permanant desert tortoise exclusion fence. The Project's plant site will isolate approximately 372 acres of disturbed Atriplex scrub and 59 acres of Mojave desert wash scrub that provide opportunities for Covered Species to disperse across the plant site.
