Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0165-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, 68SF 8me LLC and 69SV 8me LLC. The Project includes activities related to the construction of the Eland Solar photovoltaic solar generation facility and associated infrastructure within 23 acres of an approximately 2,949-acre development area along with installation and/or modifications to the access roads and pulling site as a result of installation of the generation tie line for the Project. The Project will consist of the construction of nine (9) at-grade access road crossings, four (4) transmission workspace sites, one (1) transmission support structure site, one (1) pulling station site, one (1) temporary culvert crossing, and 14 solar intersect areas consisting of the installation of 16 desert tortoise and perimeter fence line crossings; 16 at-grade perimeter road crossings, 14 solar array panel crossings, and four (4) collector line crossings, within 24 unnamed ephemeral streams, some of which are interconnected in a system of ephemeral washes.
