The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0181-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, 62SK 8ME, LLC and 63SU 8MU, LLC.
The Project includes construction of 19 at-grade road crossings and installation of underground electrical lines at 10 of the crossing locations through one unnamed ephemeral stream, impacting 430 linear feet of stream and 0.08 acres that are within Mojave creosote bush scrub and saltbush scrub communities.
