Document Description
A CUP, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.24-W, 49 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, to permit the installation, use, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility consisting of 16 panel antennas on 4 arrays, one 2-foot microwave antenna, and 3 GPS antennas, and 4 related equipment cabinets located on the rooftop of an existing elementary school building located at the southwesterly corner of 95th Street and Broadway. The antennas and cabinets will be located behind new transparent grate screening and will replace a portion of the existing mesh screen. The existing building has an architectural tower element with a height of feet 40 feet 8 inches (measured from the finished grade), however the building is 30 feet 8 inches with a 2-foot high existing screen wall for an overall height of 32 feet 8 inches. The proposed screening will be 7 feet above the height of the building line for an overall building height of 39 feet 8 inches.
