Project Permit Compliance from the Mount Washington/Glassell Park Specific Plan for the construction of two new single-family dwellings on two lots measuring approximately 10,400 s.f., all in the R1-1 Zone; "Lot 71" measures 5,200 s.f. and "Lot 72" also measures 5,200 s.f. Each single-family dwelling (sfd) will be one-story, the proposed sfd on "Lot 71" will observe 18'6" in height and the proposed sfd on "Lot 72" will observe 19'1" in height; each sfd will not exceed the 45-ft. maximum allowed. Each sfd will provide two parking spaces on each lot. The applicant also indicated that 900 cubic yards of earth material will be exported off-site.
