Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the construction of bulk liquid storage tanks as an auxiliary use to the existing bulk dry fertlizer facility. In addition to constructing liquid storage tanks at the existing facility, Helena is proposing to solubilize dry fertilizer. The tanks to be incorporated into the project site include the following: four (4) one million gallon tanks, six(6) one hundred thousand gallon tanks, and eight (8) thirty thousand gallon tanks for a combined storage capacity of approximately five million gallons.
