Document Description
The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District of Los Angeles County (SCVSD) prepared the Final Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District Chloride Compliance Facilities Plan and Environmental Impact Report (2013 Final Facilities Plan and EIR) to meet project objectives, including compliance with the Upper Santa Clara River Chloride total Maximum Daily Load (Chloride TMDL). A Draft Facilities Plan and EIR was released on April 24, 2013 for an extended public review period that ended on July 24, 2013. The comments received and the SCVSD's responses were incorporated into the Final Facilities Plan and EIR< which was released on October 10, 2013.
