Document Description
The Project will replace the chlorine contact tanks with a UV disinfection system at the Valencia Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) and Saugus WRP. The Project includes installation of low pressure closed-vessel reactors with high intensity lamps, automatic sleeve wiping systems, power distribution control cabinets, and system control cabinets at both WRP's. Installation of four UV reactors and one standby with 144 lamps per reactor will occur at Valencia WRP. Installation of three UV reactors and one stand.by with 72 lamps per reactor will occur at the Saugus WRP.
