Document Description
Implementation of the Ocean Outlets Maintenance Manual. Maintenance activities consist of removing sand deposits at the end of the outlet structures, distributing the sand on the beach above the high tide line, and reestablishing rock revetments as needed. Maintenance events would occur once per year at Salt Creek Outlet in the City of Dana Point, and twice per year at each of the other five outlets. The volume of sand excavated from outlets would range from approximately 26 to 4,515 cubic yards per outlet.
