Document Description
The Project proposes the renovation, which may include some demolition, of office and classroom space in the existing North Wing of the Main Building. During this renovation, a Temporary Classroom village on the existing outdoor athletic fields would be installed. The Project also proposes to develop an approximately 41,400-square-foot Multipurpose Facility, an approximately 22,400-square-foot Performing Arts Center, an approximately 7,400-square-foot Visual Arts Center, and an approximately 2,300-square-foot Aquatics Center. The existing outdoor athletic fields would be improved and would include regulation-size soccer and softball fields. Parking is proposed in a new, approximately 96,000-square-foot underground parking structure to accommodate approximately 200 cars.
