Present Land Use
The property is developed with a single family residence and will continue to be utilized as such. There is no planned change in land use. Ms. Waters wishes to bring the property back into trust status for the purpose of Housing (current residence) and consolidation, and protection of the unique Indian land status and insure its integration back into the larger Reservation land base. Containing ~5.06 acres.
