Document Description
The project consists of architectural improvements and a minor expansion to an existing shopping center. Improvements include redesigned facades, a 21,000 sq. ft. expansion to an existing grocery store, a new 3.800 sq. ft. bank building with a drive thru lane, pedestrian and landscaping improvements, and the relocation of an existing onsite wireless telecommunications facility. The project includes a Minor Use permit for the relocation of the wireless facility and building improvements, and also an Adjustment to reduce the parking requirement by 19%.
