Document Description
This is a rule development project to amend District Rule 4352 (Solid Fuel Fired Boilers, Steam Generators, and Process Heaters) to be consistent with the EPA's limited approval and disapproval of Rule administrative changes to clarify rule requirements, lowering of applicability thresholds to include sources that have a potential to emit 10 tons per year of NOx or VOC, updated test methods, and deletion of Section 5.4 (Operations of Less than 50 percent rated heat input (PRI)).
