Document Description
The proposed project consists of demolition and removal of the exisitng stadium and fields, and redevelopment of the existing facilities with upgrades and improvements. Although the proposed project would include a number of improvements encompassing approximately 16.02 acres of the 39-acre campus, the proposed project would increase the existing student capacity by only four classrooms, and all other improvements would involve reconfiguration and upgrades of existing athletic facilities that would serve the existing school programs and student population. As part of the project, the existing 4,500-seat stadium would be replaced with the 7,000-seat stadium (5,000-seat home team grandstand and 2,000-seat visitor team bleachers) and the existing grass field would be replaced with synthetic field.
