Document Description
This is a rule development project to amend exisitng District 4682 (Polystyrene, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene Products Manufacturing). The proposed project includes the following administrative amendments: Section 3.0, remove and add definitions; and Section 5.3.1, to bifucate the requirements for extrusion and expandable polystyrene molding facilities; proposed Section 5.2.2 (which will apply to extrusion facilities) proposed to maintain the 2.4 puunds of VOC per 100 pounds of throughput limit, calculated monthly and Section 5.2.3 (for EPS facilities), proposes a daily limit of 2.4 pounds of VOC per 100 pounds of throughput.
