Document Description
The project consists of rehabilitating and stabilizing a 40-inch diameter pipeline that is 11,000 feet long at a location (identified as the American River Canyon Crossing) where the pipeline spans a drainage channel for approximately 65 feet. The pipeline conveys water to residents. The crossing is located between Orangevale Avenue and River Rock Drive in the city limits of Folsom. The exposed portion of the pipeline will be replaced and new abutments for support of the pipeline will be installed in the banks. The banks of the watercourse are very steep and drop approximately 185 feet.
