Document Description
The scope of the project entails constructing a new slab-on-grade sanitary building (approximately 13 feet by 45 feet) on the northwest portion of the campus. The sanitary building would have a metal entry canopy and accessible toilets. Work would include installation of a fire alarm, as well as electrical, water and sewer connections and service.
Site work would include Path of Travel (POT) improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including: the removal of obstructions along the proposed POT by cutting back existing sidewalks and curbs, new parking lot signage and restriping to create accessible parking spaces.
