Document Description
The project proposes three Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for the DMV's Oxnard Office site. In addition to barrier removal, maintenance projects will also be undertaken. Barrier accessibility will be designed for compliance with the requirements of the California Building Code (CBC) and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). The maintenance project will include interior and exterior painting; removal and replacement of flooring; and, removal and replacement of telecom and data cabling. Minor exterior project will include redesign of the parking lot; resurfacing, resealing and restriping; re-lamp of parking lot lights; removal and replacement of the sprinkler irrigation system and upgrading of the landscaping.
