Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace an existing metal pipe culvert with a new steel plate arch culvert. The new culvert will serve the same function and capacity as the old one. This replacement is warranted as the old culvert has several structural deficiencies including an eroding embankment and a roadway that is too narrow to safely accommodate pedestrian and vehicle traffic across the culvert.
