Document Description
This project proposes to expand the existing Collins College with approximately 15,000 GSF including 3 or 4 classrooms, 2 or 3 tiered lecture rooms, various workrooms and conference rooms. A graduate commons will include specialized student cubicle work stations, a recreational space as well as various group meeting areas. All the spaces mentioned above will incorporate state-of-the-art audio-visual/acoustical, lighting, data/telecom and security technology. Approximately 10 faculty office with pertinent administrative support spaces are also part of this expansion project.
