Document Description
The proposed project would provide for exterior landscape improvements at one Small Learning Community (SLC); reconfiguration of the Administration and Science buildings; and upgrades as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Improvements at the Health and Environmental Studies Academy SCL would include replacing the existing landscape with new drought resistant landscape along with a new irrigation system; outdoor seating furniture; kiosks; banner poles; and planters. These improvements would entail some demolition, including the removal of existing asphalt/concrete and some minor grading/earthwork such as trenching for installation of the irrigation system.
