Document Description
Place boulders at Sand Hill Road and at the Kellogg Horse Trail parking area and install fencing in Tolowa Dunes State Park to discourage illegal Off Highway Vehicles traffic on State Park property. Work will place approximately 50 large (3-5ft) boulders along 250ft of the Sand Hill Road and approximately 10 large boulders will be placed behind existing fence at the Kallogg Road Trailhead. Excavate up to 2.5 ft deep or pound into the gournd 4-6inch diameter posts to install round pressure treated fence posts and/or steel t-posts and barbed wire spaced at 7 ft. intervals. Install wood "H" braces on corners and every 50 ft. Install approximately one mile of three-strand barbed wire fence along the property boundary.
