Document Description
At three bridges on State Route 255 spanning Humboldt Bay in the County of Humboldt, the Califonria Department of Transportion (Caltrans) is proposing to overly the bridge decks with polyester concrete and to replace areas of damaged or unsound concrete on the bridge decks. Seals in expansion joints will be replaced if needed. All work will be on the upper surface of the bridges. The proposed work would be preformed entirely within the existing State of California's right-of-way.
