Document Description
Pacific Gas and Electric Company will be replacing two elevated metal flume sections (ravine crossings) of its Mid-Miocene canal where ti crosses two unnamed tributaries to Dry Creek. The Miocene Canal delivers water to Permittee's Coal Canyon Powerhouse as well as for irrigation water commitments downstream of the powerhouse. Approximately 110 and 180 feet of elevated metal flume will be replaced at the 6/1 and 9/1 locations, respectively. Equipment and supplies for the replacement work will be dilivered via existing roadways and stored at associated staging areas, then transported to the replacement sites via helicopter.
