Document Description
The project consists of the installation of traffic signals at the intersections of Orangeburg and Enslen Avenues and Orangeburg and Lakewood Avenues. This project will result in improved pedestrian safety and reduce stopping delay at the subject locations, which will result in reduced air pollution, congestion, and travel delay with improvement in traffic flow and safety.
