Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to Happy Acres Mutual Water Company for operation of Well 2 and its associated treatment unit. Well 2 is an existing well which had previously been inactive. The well will now be activated and water will be treated to remove iron and manganese to meet drinking water requirments. The project also includes three 1000-gallon contact storage tanks and one 2650-gallon storage tank. The project will be located on an exising private residence easement.
