To construct a 16 pump gas station, 4,998 square foot convenience store with car wash, 18,191 square foot medical building, 3,800 square foot sit-down restaurant, 7,000 square foot retail builsding and 2,500 square foot fast food restaurant with drive-thru on a 4.16 acre site in the General Commercial (C) Zone. The project was previously approved by the Planning Commission on June 2, 2009, by a 5-0 vote. The previous approval included a 52 room 3-story motel that is now being replaced with an 18,191 square foot, 2-story doctor's office.
