Document Description
To erect a 397' high 1.0 MW Wind Turbine power generation facility for commercial purposes on the Wal-Mart Distribution Center site in an area designated as a M-2; General Industrial Zoning District. The project is located approximately 3.25 miles south of Red Bluff, on the west side of Highway 99W. Access to the site will be upon the northern encroachment to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center. APN: 37-050-21. Approximately an 800 s.f. portion of 223.61 acres.
