The project is located approximately 3.25 miles south of Red Bluff, on the west side of Highway 99W. Access to the site will be upon the northern encroachment to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center. APN: 37-050-21. Approximately an 800 s.f. portion of 223.61 acres.
