Document Description
The project will install sewer infrastructure within the unincorporated area of Stanislaus County's Airport Neighborhood in response to health and safety concerns associated with falling septic systems. The project area consists of approx. 150 acres including approx. 391 residential parcels. The project will include the installation of a sewer system with approx. 19,000 linear feet of sewer main and street overlays. The new sewer infrastructure will connect into the City of Modesto existing public sewer system.
