Document Description
Proposing a sewer infrastructure project within the unincorporated area of Stanislaus County's Airport Neighborhood which consists of approximately 150 acres including approximately 481 residential parcels. The site is not located within any FEMA designated floodplains. The area is zoned R-1, R-2, R-3, P-D, M and C-1. The project will include the installation of a sewer system with approximately 23,000 linear feet of sewer main and street overlays. The new sewer infrastructure will connect into the City of Modesto existing public sewer system.
