- To construct an approx. 6.7-mile long bicycle facilities project generally along the east side of the SR 99 corridor over two phases. The bikeway is a combination of Class l/ll/lll facilities commencing at Eaton Road to the north and traversing south to Southgate Avenue. The bikeway will be located on surface streets, drainage easements, Butte County owned SUDAD Ditch, and City park land, Associated safety devices, including lighting, fencing, controlled crossings and median refuges, will be incorporated when appropiate.
